OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:SHARP MEBIUS PJ-2M2 ソフト名: ノートパソコンにPCカードを使ってCD-ROMドライブを接続しています。 普通CD-ROMドライブを接続すると、「マイコンピュータ」のウインド内に CD-ROMドライブのアイコンが表示されますよね。 これが、表示されなくなってしまいました。 つまり、CD-ROMドライブにアクセス出来なくなってしまいました。 MOドライブをPCカードを使って接続すると、ちゃんとアイコンは表示されます。 「コントロールパネル」→「システム」→「システムのプロパティ」の 「デバイスマネージャー」の種類別に表示のツリーの中には、 CD-ROMデバイスの表示はあり、そのプロパティを見ると正常に動作している となっています。 PCカードも正常に動作しています。CD-ROMドライブのピックアップも 汚れてはいません。 果たして何が起こっているのか、私には分からないのです。 どなたかのお知恵を拝借できませんでしょうか。 よろしくお願いします。

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:自作 ソフト名:ウイルスバスター 昨日、友人よりメールを頂き、そのメールがタイトルも内容も無かったが、添付フ ァイルが 付いていたのでなんだろうと思いダブルクリックをしてしまった。 そしたら、ウイルスに感染してしまった。 現象 メールが2通届く。1通は通常のメール。もう1通は件名、内容無しでその本人のメ ール。添付ファイルでabout〜と言うファイル名だったかが付く 症状 トレンドマイクロ社、シマンテック社のWEBを見ようとすると異常終了する。 私から送ったメールにウイルスを送ってしまう。 対策 トレンドマイクロ社にて別ドメインの駆除ソフトがダウンロードできるサイトがあ り、それで駆除した。 DOSレベルにてチェックをかけると101個のウイルスが見つかり、79個駆除したと出 てきた。 で、ウイルスバスターの最新バージョンの30日間トライアルで駆除したら23ウイ ルス見つ かった。数が合わなくて怖いのだけれど、一応、駆除できたのだろうか・・・ 今から製品を買ってこようと思っています。 皆さんはどのように対処をなさってますか?
